David is the CEO and CTO of Authentrics, Inc., a boutique software development firm located in Ithaca, NY. He has been developing cutting edge software applications for more than 25 years. David has been interested in organic farming for more than twenty years. In the past he experimented with intensive gardening. In the late 1980's he authored the "DIG" software (decision aid for intensive gardeners) for his Master's degree project. DIG was an expert system for assisting with planting decisions based on rules of rotation, size and companionship. In the 1990's he authored "Cooperator", a web based application for cooperative buying groups. David now assists his wife, Kate, as she runs Peasant Dreams Farm. |
